Be Authentic – Implementation is an end-to-end approach for the company that wants to work with authentic leadership and at the same time wants to ensure that habits are broken and space is created to transform new learning into new behavior.

With Be Authentic – Implementation, you gain insight into what it means to be authentic. You will create a framework to work together authentically, and each participant as well as the group will be followed up on an ongoing basis.

The implementation process starts with the workshop Be Authentic over two days. After this, there are monthly one-one sessions with all participants as well as a shared half-day each quarter.

Be Authentic – Implementation extends over either six or twelve months.
