Be Authentic Workshop
Join me for a two-day workshop that will help your team, managers, and board collaborate authentically and gain the skills and insights needed to lead authentically.
During the workshop, you’ll learn what authenticity means to you as an individual in your work and communication, and explore the psychological mechanisms that influence authenticity, including the role of your conscience. You’ll also discover simple tools to help you make decisions that align with your authentic self.
The workshop is a unique opportunity to familiarize yourself with art of being authentic, and how it applies to authentic leadership. You will get a new perspective on your own decision making as well as the intentions behind them.
On the first day, you’ll participate in presentations and exercises covering topics such as:
- The meaning of authenticity
- The importance of being authentic
- The psychological mechanisms behind authenticity
- How our goals and purpose impact authenticity
- How to work together authentically
On the second day, you’ll work in groups with facilitation to apply what you’ve learned.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have increased your resilience to external pressure and be better equipped to lead, act, and live authentically in both your personal and professional life.
